Nestled into the landscape of our Viewfield croft, Lyradale is located 100m off the Scorradale Road and is just five miles from Stromness and twelve miles from Kirkwall.  The elevated location provides stunning views across to the Hoy hills, the island of Graemsay and the village of Stromness.

Lyradale provides modern 3 bedroomed accommodation with easy access, all on one floor with no steps.

All rooms have underfloor heating provided by a ground source heat pump and a heat recovery system ensures good ventilation.

 

ROOMS

A cathedral window in the spacious lounge frames the stunning views over to Hoy, Graemsay and Stromness.  The lounge also has a dining table and chairs and a wall mounted Smart TV.

The master bedroom has a super king bed, TV and an ensuite and shower.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with the main bathroom across the hall.  

This high spec bathroom has a shower bath, WC, Bidet and a his and hers washbasin.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room with two single beds.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, a full size oven and a compact/microwave oven, fridge and a boiling tap.

A utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier is at the rear of the house.

A cloak room between the kitchen and garage contains an American style fridge freezer c/w ice dispenser..

A 'gardeners' WC is accessed from the cloak room.
